As usual, we had a great time in Puerto Vallarta. We always stay at the Fiesta Americana, our favorite hotel. My wife, Jeanne, and I had vacationed there since the mid '80s. Oddly enough, Gloria also spent a lot of time in PV, she's a writer and photographer and used to do some promotion for Las Tules, a time-share condo right next door to the Fiesta Americana. There are a vast number of photo and sketching possibilities in this area. Below is a shot of a river near the hotel.
The beach near downtown PV. The arrow shows the location of the Fiesta Americana, about four miles away.
Everywhere you look there are great picture possibilities.
I took this shot from a bridge over the beach near the downtown area.
