Here are more of my photographs of the Lake Michigan beach near my home in Sawyer. I often use these photos in my photomontage experiments, but these are all unaltered images.
On a clear day you can see Michigan City, Indiana, about 25 miles away.
The lighting and colors can vary from day to day, or I should say from dawn to dawn.
I thought that this was an interesting image with the three soft bands of color.
This beach is a great place to walk in the early morning. However, I never see anyone else here at 6 AM, they are really missing some beautiful sights.
